Every athlete has his “what ifs.”

Mine came after the 1985 World Series, when I played shortstop for the World Champion Kansas City Royals...

"I spent three hours with Buddy on the golf driving range. It was an extraordinary experience. I am a 5 handicap golfer and I have a fairly consistent swing. But after working with Buddy and his program, my game went to another level. I was hitting the ball further with less effort and making more solid contact with the ball. Even some shots I normally had problems with were corrected and became more consistent."

PMPM Sports client Juan Carlos Perello named Golfer of the Year in the Dominican Republic

PMPM Sports Zone Training client Juan Carlos Perello was recently named Golf Athlete of the Year in his native country, the Dominican Republic. Perello, a member of the 2007 Barry College National NCAA Division 2 Championship Team, won his National Championship in June 2010 by a record 6 strokes. At one point in the tournament, he was leading by 11 strokes.

This is what Juan had to say about his training with Steven:

"Steven's program is unique in every aspect. I have never come across a program that is so simple, yet so powerful. It teaches a golfer to set up by design those very subtle conditions that one usually experiences just by chance when playing their best. The result is a freer swing, less pressure on the course and the ability to execute when it matters most. I would highly recommend it to any golfer on any level that wants to improve their performance, especially tournament golfers."

St. Louis Cardinals

We worked with 5 Cardinals Minor League hitters during the 2008 season. They showed a mean increase in OPS of 100.8, versus an overall mean decrease in OPS of -22.45 for the 55 other Minor League hitters in their organization.

The difference between the two groups is considered to be statistically significant (P=.042) which means had we not worked with these hitters, only 4 times out of 100, they would have shown this amount of improvement.

The analysis was performed by a university professor and included players, who in 2007 played at Johnson City (Short Season Rookie) or higher, and were at the same, or higher level in 2008.
